No problem with the MiniBot. The link to zhidian3d takes me to a site written only in Chinese. When sold as a printer for newbies there is not to be any instruction available after all the items on the TF card have been explored. It would be helpful if an instructional booklet was included in the box entitled, 'how to download and print files from the internet' and 'sites which tell you how to design and print stuff you actually want to make'. Perhaps this information is available on the zhidian3d site but I cannot find a way into it. The spool holder problem that Angus dispairs of is temporarily overcome by using only the left screw, and turning the holder so that it is vertical, then snug up the screw. The spool is now pretty solid and will not interfere with the wiring and the filament tube. Simples.

My son is very happy with this printer, it’s his first 3D printer and the very first print worked perfectly.
The quality of the printer is excellent and the software for slicing is surprisingly good with convenient operation, he learns to use it very quickly, The color screen UI is easy enough to use. Habe den Drucker als Geschenk für meinen Sohn gekauft.
Nach 5 Minuten Aufbau ist alles startklar.
Eine gute Idee ist, dass man einige fertige Druckdateien auf der SD Karte bekommt. So konnte ich die Funktion direkt testen.
Zum Lernen ist das Gerät völlig ausreichend.
